Open Source is a great repository for CMS software, with a big support mechanism, but it's very much a DIY solution with all the available options difficult for designers to pull together coherently.

For new clients, we'll help and train you in the management of our CMS, hand craft your designs into (X)HTML(5) & CSS2/3 and offer SEO advice and solutions. We will test the site in all major browsers and device platforms. If required, we'll add advanced interactive features created in jQuery (JavaScript) and/or ASP.NET for custom built web apps just for your client.
For existing clients who have got used to using Diversity over time, we'll support and assist you in your own Diversity CMS projects as and when you feel comfortable doing it yourself, but still benefiting from our experienced advice and support. We'll give you the blank framework from which to build your site, taking over all the architectural aspects of the site development. But if you need us, we're there, always available to assist and offer more advanced web techniques should you require it; it's all part of the Diversity package.

One Diversity package covers everything you need to host and manage your website for your client. There's no running around trying to find compatible servers or relying on resellers to pass on your request to the provider for trouble shooting, we offer all the services you need, and more!
All eggs in one basket, you may say? True, and we're well aware of that which is why we can offer automated fail-safe websites and backup servers at two different data centres in the UK should something go wrong; or you can retain management of the domain's DNS and split the records between web and e-mail, choosing the best solution for you and your client.

It's easy to maintain websites using the Diversity CMS, either your clients maintaining website content, or you managing the layout templates (or us if you prefer). Many of our existing Partners use Diversity to resell their own design and training services on top of our own packages. Keeping the website templates updated using the Designers Toolkit with intermediate HTML skills offers a flexible solution to manage and charge for updates that are outside of the scope of the original design requirements.
Dedicated Business Servers
Every site is hosted on our own web servers offering the best possible performance and bandwidth for your clients website. Settings can be tweaked per client site to get optimal performance from your chosen package. We have various hosting and bandwidth packages which are flexible and grow to your needs on either one of our shared servers or on your own dedicated server for optimal configuration and resource usage.
Closed Source & Secure
The only developers who have access to the core CMS code are ourselves. Unlike open source where everyone and anyone can see how the internals of the CMS is built, we've kept that secret which improves the overall security of the product. And it doesn't end there. We have various built in security features to block SQL injections and URL tampering, the most common form of attacks, plus a lot more built around the "publishing" feature of the CMS to create static pages from dynamic content, reducing the overall attack surface available to malicious users.
Html Design & Support Included
Every package includes design assistance and support for the lifetime of the service with us. We offer advanced web design and programming in each package, the best option for creative agencies whose staff lack the full skills to create a DDA, WCAG, jQuery, JavaScript or ASP.NET websites for multiple platforms and browsers.
Once we've created the site templates for the CMS, unique for each project, we can then assist your own staff with intermediate web skills (or even less) to maintain the existing templates and even add more. This retains the consultancy and proofing aspect between you and your client, passing the final, approved design to us for web development. As we've seen with other design partners, as your experience of using the Diversity CMS grows, you'll learn the ability to create new sites from blank CMS installations!.
Bigger Sites with Bigger Ambitions
For lots of design partners, clients have asked for standard brochure type sites, but what happens when they ask for something more complex? With other providers, you'd need to hunt around for the right plug-in, learn it and configure it, assuming your hosting provider supports it technically on their servers. You may also find that the CMS you've chosen cannot expand in the way you want it to putting you right back at square one.
With Diversity, we have created a framework to extend not only the existing Designers Toolkit, but bolt-on custom built services to your clients website using our "plug-in" architecture to extend the functionality of the CMS and the data it outputs. We also have a range of pre-built plug-ins that your clients can use, with new ones added regularly, including e-commerce, file management and intranets & extranets.
It's All About Evolution
Diversity is not a static service. We're always improving the product, adding new features and toolkit controls from customer and client input. Upgrades to newer versions within the same version tree are free so long as the gap between versions is not too great and requires your templates to be modified. If it does, then we can quote an individual price for each upgrade option.
